I was born in Milan in 1978. I began to show a strong interest towards figurative arts,photography in particular,already during secondary school years; no doubt I was influenced in my early choices by my father, painter, and my brother, who had already chosen to follow professional photography. The very day in which I decided my professional destiny was when, joining my brother during his shooting, I met and got acquainted with large format camera.
After secondary licence, I won a scholarship in an eminent photography school where, besides following courses, I also assisted students as a tutor. During the two school years I was interested in Architecture and Decòr workshops, but I start working as free lance assistant in the fashion field. After initial experiences, I returned to focus on my original interests as Design and Still Life. I have worked in collaboration with photographers such as Davide Ippolito, Roberto Cecato, Franco Chimenti, Riccardo Bianchi, Ruy Teixeira, Martin Morrell and Tom Vack, .
From 2004 I have been developing an intense research project on urban settings, the nocturnal ones in particular.
In 2006 I have signed one of my first autonomous works in cooperation with the Architectural Private Office PRP (Arch. Gantes and Morisi). Presently I collaborate with several sectorial magazines such as L'Arca,In Viaggio,and design and furniture companies such as Corian Du Pont, Rossin, Magis, Tivoli Audio.
